If you email Keith Ray Consulting or schedule through Calendly, the information may include your name, email address, school or organization, meeting details, and any information you choose to provide. Do not send confidential student, personnel, safeguarding, health, or other sensitive records through email or the scheduler.
How information is used
Information sent by email or through Calendly is used to respond to the message, arrange the requested meeting, or discuss possible services. It is not sold. Newsletter subscriptions are submitted directly through Beehiiv rather than collected by this website.
Service providers
Email is handled through the email service connected to keithrayconsulting@gmail.com. Calendly manages online scheduling and the information visitors submit when booking. Beehiiv manages newsletter subscriptions and delivery. The website host may process technical information required to deliver and secure the site. Each provider handles information according to its own terms and privacy practices.
